Try this Turkey Workout!

The first week of the 2018 Holidays are here. We know a lot of you may be traveling and wanted to give you some ideas of how to stay moving when you can’t make it into 4G.

Below is an at-home workout that you can do without any equipment, in a hotel room, or add dumbbells/kettle bells if you find yourself in a gym or a place where you have some options.

You could do 3 sets of 10 reps or you could do the famous LADDER: Start at 10 reps for each, then do 9, then do 8… going all the way down to 1. No matter what route you choose just get moving for 20 minutes and then enjoy some turkey, mashed potatoes, or whatever your favorite thing is!
