Rebecca is a High Energy, Fitness Junkie & Pusher of all things Positive.
What started as her personal journey to get fit and feel good through Group Fitness & Weight Training, quickly turned into a passion for helping others to do the same. For the past 4 years Rebecca has been blessed with the opportunity to work with 100’s of women helping them with Workout Plans, Accountability & Daily Support to help them reach their individual Health and Fitness Goals.
Her Mantra, “Stronger Every Day” is more than a physical goal, it’s about helping others become Stronger in every aspect of their lives.
When she is not teaching LIFT, you can probably find her in the kitchen (drinking a glass of wine) whipping up Yummy Healthy Eats or sneaking in her guilty pleasure for Reality TV!
