Megan was first drawn to yoga for the physical benefits of the practice when she was doing a lot of weight training in preparation for a bodybuilding competition. Her practice was made whole when she came to embrace and appreciate the mental and spiritual aspects of yoga. When Megan steps on to her mat, she gets lost in her asanas and her breath, and finds it to be an empowering and invigorating experience. Yoga has helped her connect to herself and others in so many ways. Megan is humbled and honored to be able to share her passion for yoga with others as a RYT-200. See you on the mat!
