One of Coach Meagan’s Favorite Recipes!
Recently I have gotten into counting macros and it has made a huge difference for me. It’s taught me how to fuel my body and honestly just eat more of the right stuff that makes me feel better. Lillie Loves Macros is a person I follow on Instagram and she has some delicious recipes for macro counting and below is one of my newest favorites. You should definitely give it a try!
CREAMY JALAPEÑO AVOCADO DRESSING
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 cup Reduced fat buttermilk
- 1/2 cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 oz Cotija cheese
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 – 1 Fresh Jalapeño
- Cilantro (or parsley if cilantro tastes like soap to you!)
- 2 Green onions
Throw it all in a blender and mix it up… then spread over a Caesar salad OR you can use it on chicken or even for dipping veggies!
