Leah truly believes fitness doesn’t have to be just another monotonous thing on your never ending to do list. It can become something you crave or something that ignites positivity in your life and relationships with others. If you ask her “what’s your favorite sports team?” She will tell you “I don’t watch sports, I play them.” After participating in high school sports, working out at a gym seemed BORING…until Leah tried her first group exercise class. The music, the energy, the camaraderie, the challenge, the endorphins… she loved everything about it. Over the past 10+ years Leah has had the opportunity to coach people through weight lifting, dance, pilates, HIIT, boot camp, personal training and aquatics. Leah will hold you accountable, push your limits and help you grow stronger.
