At Home Workout for the Holidays!

It’s such a fun time of year to enjoy family and friends and treats ? we absolutely believing in living life and eating great food and Christmas cookies! Since we have modified hours on the 24th and closed on the 25th here is a little at home body weight workout you can do before the festivities begin!


Round 1 – 45 seconds

Round 2 – 1 minute

Round 3 – 45 seconds

Round 4 – 30 seconds

(repeat as many times as you want or just do it once!)

Seasaw Lunge Right Side (Repeat on Left side)
