Emma is a Grand Rapids native, who hasn’t always had a passion for health and fitness. In her teens and early adulthood, Emma struggled with depression and disordered eating. Through years of recovery, she found a holistic and whole-body approach to health and fitness that she wanted to share with others. Emma began her career as a certified cycling instructor. She then pursued her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and her passion for holistic health and a mind body approach to fitness then lead her to wellness coaching. Emma strives to bring mind body awareness to her classes as well, and coaches her classes to find their true why for exercise and health. Outside of coaching classes, Emma enjoys hiking, camping and trying to manage her coffee addiction.
