Karen has always had a passion for fitness, health and wellness. She loves the way she feels after a good hard workout and wants to help people achieve that same feeling! Karen used to mountain bike a lot when she lived in Colorado. Moving to Michigan she needed to find that same exhilaration during the winter months and tried indoor cycling. She immediately fell in love with it. From the upbeat music, to the movements, to the sweat dripping off her… She loved everything about it. Karen is very passionate about fitness and making it a priority in her life. It helps make her be a better mom and person. She decided to make her dreams come true and became a certified group fitness instructor. Now Karen can help others change their lives and achieve their goals too.
