When Joel joined his first gym as a member, he was always intimidated by free weights and weight machines. Group exercise classes quickly became his outlet for working out and made him feel both comfortable and successful all the time – and it was FUN! Joel was given the opportunity to provide that group experience to others as a coach years back, and he has never looked back.
