Annie’s love for athletics started at 5 years old, when she started playing basketball because she wanted to be like her older sister. Growing up, Annie played an assortment of sports and was always drawn to any activity involving movement and fitness. When Annie finished playing basketball in college, teaching Spin classes replaced the physical activity, high energy and camaraderie of her sport. She found that working out and teaching classes kept her energy up and relieved stress throughout graduate school. She was later certified in Les Mills RPM and BodyAttack which she taught in Kalamazoo.
Annie loves the positive effects that working out has on a person not only physically, but also mentally. Annie is friendly and high-energy and can’t wait to cheer you on and support you in reaching your goals.
