:30 Inchworm
:30 Hip Opener
:30 Butt Kicks
:30 Lateral Squat

Workout:

Push up to Downdog x 10
Plyo lunge with Pulse x 10 ea
1/2 burpee to OH reach x 10
180 Gateswings x 10
Plank Up Down to Toe Tap x 10
