10-minute abs:

Knee Grabs: 20
Plank Hold: 1 minute
Bicycles: 20 each side
Side Plank Hold, Right Side: 1 minute
High Boat to Low Boat: 10
Side Plank Hold, Left Side: 1 minute
Flutter Kicks: 20
Alt Plank Ups: 1 minute
Repeat until you hit 10 minutes!
